Ready for the next step in your homeownership journey?

Filling out our application is the next step in your home purchasing process. It's fast, easy and secure. We're thrilled you’re considering Trio as your lending option and we look forward to hearing from you. Set aside 10-15 minutes before you begin our application as it cannot be saved and returned to at a later time. Please make sure you have knowledge of your income and savings handy before you begin, as well as contact information for your employer and landlord (if applicable). If your application will include a co-applicant, make sure they are available to fill in their information. Lastly, before you begin your application, make sure you meet Trio's qualifying requirements of:

  • Gross household income of at least $3600/month
  • Have documentation to support income and a positive housing history
  • Credit score at 580 or above
    • * trio determines qualifying credit scores based on a hard credit report provided by Acranet
  • No active bankruptcy or foreclosure action
  • Cash, savings, retirement or gifted funds of at least 2 months of your desired lease payment (minimum of $2,500)

Check this box if you believe you or your household meets these criteria and continue with the application.

Check this box if you understand that final credit score requirement is based off of a credit report provided to Trio by Acranet and must meet a minimum of 580, mid score. Acranet uses a FICO credit report which typically show a different score than a consumer credit report.
