To complete your application, you will need to provide details of your income and savings. You will also need to provide contact information for your employer and landlord. If including a co-applicant, make sure they are available to provide their details as well.
Before you begin your application, make sure you and any co-applicant meet the following:
- Gross household income of at least $3600/month
- Have third-party documentation to support income and positive housing history
- A FICO credit score of at least 550
- Your approval will be dependent upon a FICO credit report provided by Equifax
- No active bankruptcy or foreclosure action
- Minimum of $4,000 liquid savings or gifted funds, or at least twice your desired lease payment, whichever is greater.

To complete your application, you will need to upload documentation showing that your credit score is above 580. We base our decision on our own credit report so providing your score is not a guarantee of approval, but if you check your score now and it isn’t above our minimum you can wait to apply until it is.
